VATHAL KUZHAMBU INGREDIENTS Cream cheese 200 gm Cooked spinach ½ cup Mozzarella 2 cups Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Flour 1 cup Bread crumbs 1 cup METHOD Add the ingredients together and mix well. Freeze mixture for 30 minutes. Then cut frozen mixture into sticks and dip them into flour and bread crumbs. In that particular order.
