@haraka That’s correct for farz raka’at ๐ I try to add the sunnah raka’at and nafl raka’at to my prayers too so that comes to almost 42 raka’at each day. 2 farz, 2 sunnah for fajr 4 sunnah, 4 farz, 2 sunnah and 2 nafl for dhuhr 4 farz for Asr 3 farz, 2 sunnah and 2 nafl for maghrib 4 sunnah, 4 farz, 2 sunnah, 2 nafl for Isha and then 3 witr. Sometimes I add more nafl prayers to thank Allah for His blessings. Welcome to the group ๐

@haraka Even if we are born Muslims, I think understanding our faith and religion is a lifelong process. I believe we should never stop questioning, never stop asking, never stop discovering ย and each day brings a little more light, joy and peace. And there are times when we feel a little lost and then we need a prayer or a friend to lift us up:-) If you wish, listen to lectures by this guy. His explanation of Quran is amazing. JazakAllahu Khairun (May Allah swt reward you with goodness) Ameen
