the problem today is that everyone wants to have more than they can handle especially when they  already have . Three cars, Three houses , a big banking account the truth is we must learn to be contented with what we have and learn to appreciate the little things because most of the times someone else have it worst than u they say “A bird in hand is worth two in the bush ” so lets be satisfied with the little we have and stop complaining .

So true. The problem we have nowadays is that we are consumeristic and materialistic. We no longer know the difference between a “need” and a “want.” Basically, everything has gone to the “needs” section thanks to aggressive marketing strategies. These create a “need” for a certain thing. Hence we are continually wanting beings who are not satisfied with what they have. We lose perspective of the bigger picture and forget that the possession of goods does not necessarily guarantee happiness or joy…

I agree, but even as some people may say the more you have the more you fight to get. Why are we never contented really that question puzzles me always. You can see that someone has everything they could ever ask for or want in their lives but uou will always hear them saybthat yheu dong have money. And i just wonder if they can say yhat they dont have money then what will the ones who dont ha e say? I think in all honesty that greed has taken over people, no one wants to see the other person having what she or he has, for fear of being overtaken. but what s the big deal with being overtaken its not like they are going to take what you already have. We sincerely need to change our attitudes in life.

You are very correct my dear. Everyone should learn to be contented with what they have. The increasing crime rate is as a result of boys  and girls not being contented with what they have. You want to buy a new car, you want to buy a new house, you want to do this you want to do that but there is no money to do any of It. Have patient and manage anyone you have for now and manage them until you get the money buy the ones your heart desires. Not being contented with what one has make one do all sort of crime like armrobbery, scamming people and doing other unthinkable things just to meet that your current need. Sometimes they lose their lives in the process of trying to acquire this quick wealth. I think the reason why people are not contented with what they have is greed. Sometimes they have enough but are still thriving to get more and more. The more they get,  the higher their demands get and this makes them keep on thriving  to the extent they don’t know when they get in to troubles

If everyone becomes contented with what they have, there tend to be use decrease money or material related crimes. Everyone wants to get rich by every means. By not workibg for it. They want to be instant millionaires. This is a sign of not being contented with one has and it really destroys one’s future. Yes, everyone wants to be rich, same applied to me. But if you must make money, why not work towards it and don’t look for short cuts. Short cut kills.  I know I will make money but I really am always figuring a way to making it. When i say a way, I mean legal ways. Let all be contented with what they have and demand according to their earnings and the world will be a better place for me and you.

You say right that most of the people are doing this job in all countries but the money is a blessing of God given to everybody according to law of God. Greedy men may not be rich because greed is root of all evils as the holy Bible says:

“For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries, deeds of coveting and wickedness, as well as deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride and foolishness. “All these evil things proceed from within and defile the man.”

It is a fact that those who are greedy will commit every type of crimes in society.We must know this law that some desires are not from God but self created as greed, jealousy…

We are forgetting divine laws acting upon man made laws that is why we are going to down fall morally and spiritually.
