I do think that eating a well-balanced diet and doing some exercises will keep a person fit as fiddle. On the other hand, the phrase is implying that the culture is still preserve despite the changes in this world. The local people have the same thinking in the same country that they are living in.

Yes, food has indeed many vital effects on our bodies. I recall that sometime in January this year, I started eating too many peanuts. After a few days, I started feeling effects of constipation. When I reduced the peanuts intake, my problem also subsided. So, food intake- even a fluctuation of day or two has a big impact. |

@Grecy, You said it right dear. You explained it will what it means by the topic. All those with diseases have corresponding foods that they really ate before they got it.
