Do you think big pharma companies want us sick?

I read a quote somewhere which said that there is no profit in death and there is no profit in health either. So pharmaceutical companies want to keep people sick and dependent on medicines .
They keep churning out medicines that take care of the symptoms but will not cure the disease . Many doctors prescribe surgeries which are not needed because they get commission from pharmaceutical companies.
The whole system works like a web with procedures and medicines prescribed to keep us alive but struggling. What do you think? Is there a giant medical conspiracy going on?

I think illnesses like HIV and cancer could have been cured by now if the drug companies wanted them to be. They make too much money off of them though so they keep making drugs that treat some of the disease but doesn’t cure it or cure all of it so they still make money. |

I believe that people eat poisons the whole life and after they get ill they blame others for their misery. |
