Interval Exercise Boosts Fitness

For the past 6 weeks I have been working with a Personal trainer doing Interval training. Interval training may allow you to enjoy the benefits of anaerobic exercise without the burning muscles. It involves alternating high-intensity and lower-intensity exercise within a single workout. I was convinced that I could not loose weight at my all high 276 pounds. My daily 1 hour work out consist of weight training with cardio spurts. The Cardio consist of 20 seconds of extremely fast and 10 seconds of slowdown and then back up again. This would last for 3 minutes. I am now 249 pounds. 1 have 2 more months with my Trainer and I cant wait to see the end results!!

I think Interval exercises only make you ready to take up further exercise without straining the muscles. This is the concept involved in these exercises. But, in the case of Hotyoga, the exercises will be mixed into a cycle and one has to repeat 1 or 2 cycles and not more than that and that too under the observation of a trainer. Otherwise, there will be a damaging loss. |
