The Philippines is composed of groups of an island or the so-called archipelago. Php is surrounded by thousands of rich Island and rich seas and ocean. I am now talking about the Scarborough shoal which is believed to be a part of the philippine sea. Shoal is an Island that is very rich in natural resources. Years passed by that china is claiming as their own. They even pushed every small boat from the Philippines who tries to enter the said island. Tensions becoming bigger as days passes. Surprisingly, after president Duterte takes his turn as a president in the Country, the ice wall between the two countries is slowly melted. According to the latest news, China is now giving the Filipino fishermen the right to do fishing in the Scarborough shoal. It is also said that china is giving more opportunities to the Filipinos.
