POTATOES!!!!… My favorite underground jewels. I think potatoes are one of the most versatile crop, even though everything above ground is toxic (animals beware). Potatoes were the second food I started to play around with when I now started to learn to cook (the egg is #1). I love em boiled, mashed, stuffed, and grilled. What is your favorite potato dish???

I think I have too many ways that I love potatoes but one of the main ways is french fries and potato salad. Here lately I have been trying to stay away from potatoes. Really not a good thing to eat when you are on a low-fat diet. |
