Potatoes 🍠 I’d say that they go great with venison one of which is lean and if cooked right is very delicious 😋

    POTATOES!!!!…

My favorite underground jewels. I think potatoes are one of the most versatile crop, even though everything above ground is toxic (animals beware). Potatoes were the second food I started to play around with when I now started to learn to cook (the egg is #1). I love em boiled, mashed, stuffed, and grilled.

@EvilElf well Amerindians are like the Native Americans to America. The Amerindian tribes that are still living in Guyana journeyed about 12000 years ago from Asia through the Americas on an ice bridge called the Bering Strait in search of food. The tribes travelled south until they reached Mexico and Florida, then kept going south following herds…[Read more]

This is something that I am currently having to eliminate from my diet completely. It is full of cholesterol and I have high cholesterol. 🙁 poor me. When I was eating burgers, I rather cook it myself. Why? I know what’s inside my burger and I can fix it any way I want.

I’m just curious, I have never heard of the term Amerindians. What exactly is it?  I did look on Google to see exactly what it is. I just never heard this term before. I’m in the United States and quite frankly I’m not sure what is the national dish from here is since our food comes from all over. I am in Louisiana and we have many different…[Read more]

Did you know an average American eats 3 burgers per week. Wow!  That’s a national total of nearly 50 billion burgers per year.

Personally I currently am in love with a Mushroom Swiss Burger from DQ. Maybe it’s something with that sauce I just can’t get enough of. What’s your favorite?

Guyana was founded by the Amerindians before Columbus “discovered” this little gem. Since the Amerindians were the first people who made Guyana their home one of our main dishes is Pepperpot.

Pepperpot is a stewed meat dish mainly beef, pork and mutton even chicken. This dish is strongly perfumed with cinnamon, cassareep (which is what gives it…[Read more]
