I have studied many books human health but after studying the whole a couples of books I find that man’s body needs vitamins and minerals that we get from fruits and vegetables, grains and dry fruits, sea food and all green vegetables. We must eat all these things to save health for a long time.

I have come to find out that some vitamins (vitamin B12) also come from animal meats such as beef, chicken, fish, turkey and a few other meat. When we don’t get this vitamin in our system then a number of things can go wrong. I recently found out that my body was low on this vitamin and now I am having to take vitamin b12 injections to make up for what I am not taking in. |

Injection is injurious for you health because if you take injection for vitamin b12 your body will not produce vitamin b12 and slowly and slowly your vitamin producing system will out of order thus you may fall in different mysterious diseases. For vitamins B12 you must take, yogurt, red meat, liver, beef, whole grains, milk, mackerel, these things you can get easily. Keep in mind if you do not take food that activates you life organs and in stead of it you take injection, the system will be dead with the passage of time or its working will be out of order. |
