Dehydration can damage your ability to focus and recall information. Dehydration is simply the lack of water in the body. One has to drink at least 8 cups of water to keep the brain healthy and hydrated always. Our Brain depends on proper taking in of water to function optimally, this water makes it to be highly hydrated. Our Brain cells require a delicate balance between water and various elements to operate and when you are dehydrated the balance is disrupted,your brain cell therfore will lose efficiency. Dehydration can impair short term memory function and the recall of long term memory. The ability to perform mental arithmetic like calculating whether or not you will be late for work if you hit snooze for another 15 minutes is compromised when your fluids are low. Years of research have found that when we are parched (thirsty or dry), we have more difficulty keeping our attention more focused.

Yes you say right dehydration causes brain problem nor for brain but for the whole body cells because water is the base of all live things men, animal and plants all need water for their survival . As God has said all the holy books that we created man with water and black crispy mud. If our brain lacks of water there may be many problems but especially our thinking process will effect anon and we will not be able to concentrate fully on any subject. First of all lack of water problem makes thick the blood and thus blood cannot survey the whole body due to thickness and thus brain pain starts anon and this lead to many problems. Calcium level becomes down in human body and if calcium level is down in the blood as result lead and cadmium level increases in the blood of heart and as a result both of the element are poison and causes heart attack anon. Therefore we all are supposed to drink semi warm water not cold water creates many problems in human body. |
