Fear…
I think most of us have some fears or fears that are strong even they could be considered phobias. I’ve heard that if you confront your fear, you can get over it. I “use to” have a fear of chickens, flying in my face. Recently, I conquered that fear, I can go in the pen or chicken house with our chickens.
Now one fear, I don’t think I’ll be able to conquer if the fear of heights!! I can’t high enough up anywhere to conquer that fear!! lol

Triskaidekaphobia, is the fear of the number 13!! Do you have Triskaidekaphobia? I suppose those that are superstitious hate Friday the 13th!!

I am not afraid of the number 13. I know a lot of hype is around the whole Friday the 13th, but I don’t go along with most of it. Bad things happen on any other day as well. There was a Friday the 13th club that would meet every Friday the 13th at 13:13 pm to walk under ladders, spill salt shakers, and smash mirrors. It met from 1936 until 2000 when they disbanded because of the clubs rules. Here is an interesting article about this club and other clubs like it. Thanks @morgoodie, I will have to take a look at that article. A lot of those superstitions, something just happened that just so happened to bad (some of the things that had happened were actually good) but since some one popular or famous experienced it, then they deemed it as bad luck. That’s why I keep positive, positive reactions will follow!! |

Since my younger brother was born Friday the 13th, I do not believe in those superstition about the number 13. I know there was this movie that tackled about this. Unless something happen really bad that I will take note of the number and I will for sure remember that number for now on. |

No. 13 could also be a lucky number.My brother was born in the 13th of the month, he is a lucky brother. He won $100 US dollar in his work place In KSA. What he is not lucky is his wife, having another man. |
