How long has your family lived in your neighborhood?

@suny If I am not wrong, your daughter is living abroad isn’t it? I have seen your grand son’s pics. He is adorable.

@suny Thank you for such wisdom of thoughts. I take it as an inspirational message from you. I do think it is not healthy to dwell with such dilemmas. @swalia I think there is nothing wrong to move to another place. It would be a good start for the family and wish all the best for the family. It was nice that you had settled and adjusted after you moved to another city. |

@Shavkat Thanks for appreciation, actually I already have a home there as I have worked there for long time working on PR Visa. Thank you @shaloo walia I have a house there for years so I am going back to take up my job with ISO academy where I have worked previously too. |

It should have been better if you did not sell your house, but rather make it as your ancestral home, so during special occasion you will meet together.Well anyway, we did not sell our home, but destroyed it.We hired a bulldozer to bulldoze our 360 floor area home, 2 story because it was made a shabu factory without our knowledge. We had 2 homes and this bigger house was located in the province and we only hired our nephew to watch our home, clean it everyday and have him and his family stay with our home. We just wanted someone to maintain the cleanliness of our home.It became an ancestral home, but one day a police came to our house in the city and we were interrogated if having conspiracy with the drug lords, of course, we said no, we do not know what they were talking about. Because I and my sisters were so mad, so I personally hire someone to bulldoze our home. We just took all the appliances , the jealousies, the doors made of Narra, and other valuable materials.Too bad story of our ancestral home. How I wanted to jail my nephew that time for he was involved with illegal drug operation. |

@lovern That’s a sad story for the ancestral home. Well, I have a big problem with regards to almost 4 hectares land area owned by my grandpa. The sad thing, we cannot claim it since my mother’s youngest sister falsified the documents. I don’t have a choice but to file an adverse claim. We still planning if filing a criminal case will be the option. |
|
@Shavkat, all you have to do is go to the Registry of deeds you will find there the original title of the property of your grandparents . If it is not titled, get the tax declaration and have it subdivided through a land surveyor. Also, go to the department of land transportation to get the blue print. I had the same problem as yours in the past when someone wanted to claim our parents 10 hectares coconut farm. Our third degree relatives never prospered for we have on hand the tax declaration which we subdivided and applied for extra judicial partition for individual titling. |
|
@lovern Thank you for your concern. The situation is too complicated. I went to the Registry of Deeds and filed adverse claims to all the subdivided titles done by my aunt. We are still planning to file criminal cases against all the people involved in doing such fraud. |
|
@Shavkat, I wonder why your aunt is so selfish. Doesn’t she know you are her siblings? What kind of aunt is she? She does not know that God would judge us according to our deeds. You better talk to your other relatives so you and your brothers and sisters will have share of the said property. If she cannot feel you all as her relatives, better forget that property. When she dies, she will have harsh punishment from God. I hope your house is far from her house, better forget her as your aunt. She better go to hell due to her greediness. |
|
@lovern That’s what I can’t understand. My mother is really felt bad about had happened. It takes a lot of guts to do such an act. I heard that the mastermind of all these things is my aunt’s husband. Now, we are still planning for some options. Filing cases would be the next thing to do. However, the family is still hanging with the final decision. Since it will cost an arm and a leg to hire a lawyer. |
