How do you discipline your children?

I am really curious how you discipline your children guys. I am still 20 years old and if the time comes that I’ll have my own children, I can adopt your ways to discipline them. When I was a child, my parents used to spank or even pinch me. As a child, I hated them for doing that but as time goes by, I started to understand them. How about you guys? Is your way of disciplining your child same as what my parents’ did?

i have 2 kids, 1 a school age child and a teenager. You can scold, you reprimand them but never hit them because it will cause bad impression and memories in their head just like you had. Kids are hard to control when they are rebellious because they don’t understand our hardship Through times, they will understand when you talk to them when they are in good mood. Yes. Communicating with them is better than hitting them. Aside from the physical pain that they will feel, they will also have the emotional and psychological scar that they will never ever forget til they get old. |
