Words cannot describe how much chill we have in our university this time.The name of our university is University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) .This is a recent name recognized by our Ph government for this a government run university. The previous name of our university is Mindanao University of Science and Technology (MUST). What employees chill about was : NO CHRISTMAS BONUS, which is a mandate by our government. We are all mad at our university heads as to what they are doing why of all the people in our country only our school having no bonuses for the employees regular and not.Despite not regular faculty or staff, but teachers part time were given 8 loads equivalent to 24 hours a week. Our profession is very much affected. I plan to call the President of the Republic of the Philippines President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for he has mentioned in his speech that employees are entitled to bonuses. Our new President DU30 also gave us all in our country direct telephone number should people need help. For me and my co-workers felt disappointed with this matter. I gonna call our President Duterte on Monday to have our school heads be investigated and if possible to replace them all.They seem incapacitated or morons hmmp!
