Regarding the PTC site called public likes,i did some research on it.It is based in Kenya.It is true on their website they said one could make $180 to $375 by spending 15-30 minutes daily on Public Likes.You can only make that much if you upgrade your registration.They have 2 kinds of registration basic and the other one you pay a fee to upgrade.For the basic registration you don’t earn any money for referring people,you can only earn money for referrer if you upgrade.Personally,i think any PTC sites that ask for money before you can make money is a scam..I also found out that it is difficult to register on their website..
