My job is being a mom, and I don’t quite love my job because I do not have a fix salary.

I love being with my kids, to see them every day, finish their meals and knowing what they are doing daily.

But without a salary, I will be asking money from my hubby every month for grocery , utility bills, education fees, etc,

Don’t you think that I am the lowest paid person in my family?

Previously, I used to work as a supervisor in a language centre

I love my job back then until I was betrayed by my colleagues, got kicked out.

I wish to go back working full time again, having a fixed salary.

I have to wait until my kids are grown up and independent then.

@peachpurple I used to work for a media house before I resigned last year, I worked for the organization for ten years and was heading the education vertical of the newspaper for my location. But things got worse when a new boss joined and made my life hell. Eventually I had to leave because my peace of mind was more important to me than the salary I was getting. However, I miss being in a regular job and I hope to get a suitable job soon.

@peachpurple, I am a university professor teaching Physics and Math.I been teaching for 16 years now. After I graduate in college at age 20, I enrolled right away my Masteral course, finished ( 2) and the last post graduate course. I felt bored of life, so I made an on line search for writing and I found one based in France and received $125 per week good for 30 blogs. That was the start of my interest to work on line, and it did erase my boredom.

I like my job but I don’t like the virtual personnel in the company. I referred as virtual souls since I am working an online teacher of this company. It has been more than 2 years that I am connected in this kind of field. I am earning more than the regular jobs in my city. Despite the hatred that I keeping with these people, I just close my eyes and pretend they don’t exist. At this point of time, I just into the practical side of earning a decent salary from the company.

@peachpurple  I hope so! But I have learnt my lesson- “Never get too attached with your job. You never know when your job stops loving you.”

I cannot say whether I totally hate or love my job. This is a tough questions.  Probably the answer is somewhere in between.

While my job is my main bread and butter provider, over last few years conditions have worsened and life is tougher.

I aim to increase the money more through alternate ways and I have to balance out my main offline work, my online ambitions as well as fulfill my Family needs.

A sort of 3 battle fronts!

But what is life but battles perhaps?

I am already done with my fixed job last October 14 after rendering a 25-year faithful service in the government. I am expecting that my pension would be released starting the end of the month of November for I have chosen an automatic mode of receiving a monthly pension. As of now, I am enjoying my retirement days. So far, I have started enjoying it for more than 2 weeks already.

Right now, I am doing an online writing job, updating my several blogs site for any activity I have had in mind for my readers to get busy reading, for them to react and share their thoughts about it. When I am free, I have to prepare by in the afternoon to fetch my 3-year old granddaughter who is in the preschool studying. At least I have something to get busy and keep myself preoccupied. Of course, I really miss my teachers, my pupils, their parents, and of course, my school.
