@ptrikha15 yes absolutely. With companies which has more than 10,000 people and most of the IT companies have huge employee strengths across the world, they can easily achieve this if they have the right R&R for it.

I think such Programs can be effective, with Good Planning as well as Implementation, which is not too much subjective and where plans are altered too as per needs.

If followed properly, it can be beneficial. Yet most important is that Goals should be well defined, and mechanism for tracking and clearing of doubts ought to be fast and systematic.

Rightly said and in an IT company, each individual had a role to play in KM. Yet many can’t contribute much either due to ignorance, or lack of Management support.
