…say nothing? Intervene and propose something new? Take sides with those you like? Or suggest a 10-minute break? If I am going to answer this, I would rather ask for a 10-minute break. Since the attendees in the meeting are in the middle of disagreement. It is better for them to cool off first and resume the main agenda to come up with a better solution of the problem. In some companies, they tend to forget this simple way of dealing with the employees especially if the case is so delicate to handle. In the first place, things will not be answered if all the attendees have an argument and cannot attain the best solution. In this way of, the business meeting will be successful and can gain more profit.
