There are tons of benefits to actual ginger root. It helps with any inflammation you have in your body. You can purchase it from any grocery store that’s the cheapest. To prepare the root, simply cut some of the skin off and boil it. It’s so pungent you can use out of it 3 to 4 times. One small testimony, my mom had a horrible toothache and she had drunk a cup of hot ginger, immediately the pain was gone instantly. I’m a ginger fanatic, you can make teas, drink it water and put it in your food. Ginger root is soo AWESOME!!!

But the benefits of this ginger beverage is very effective. 1 Pitcher of Ginger Root Energizer: grated ginger chopped garlic (optional) vitamin C powder with bioflavanoids OR apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp. powder tumuric 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 liter distilled/filtered water Store in the fridge for a cool drink.
