The quest for Flawless Skin

We all want to look beautiful regardless of our age. Sadly many of us have uneven skin tones with pimple or acne marks and dark circles under the eyes. The markets are flooded with expensive skin-creams and lotions promising to give us a better and more youthful skin but I have found that most skin care products are a waste of time and money . The best ingredients for a flawless skin are really in our fridges and kitchen cabinets but they have to be used regularly. Turmeric mixed with milk, honey , tomato paste, lemon juice or cucumber can be rubbed on the skin for a cleansing mask and improving skin texture. Papaya and strawberry masks can be used for improving skin complexion . Used teabags can be used for tackling dark circles under the eyes. We should also drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables to flush out toxins from our body so that our skin looks hydrated and fresh. Now that summer is almost here, I will be using neem soap regularly because it really helps to keep skin fresh. Gramflour mixed with turmeric and milk is my best defence against sweaty, oily skin in summer. What is your tried and tested tip for a flawless skin?

I don’t have a flawless skin, I have black heads and blemishes on my cheeks due to direct sunlight. However, my teenage has flawless skin. I think it has to do with soy milk. She drinks a lot of soy milk, fresh milk and jugs of water daily. She also avoid herself from direct sunlight. Eat less fried oily food and fast food, more on veggies and salads or fruits. Hence, most celebrity beauties also follow the same regime to have flawless beauty. |
