Can't Draw a Man, Draw a Stickman!
Author | Posts |
This is my son’s creation, a whole range of stickman! He doesn’t know how to draw a man or woman well. So instead of practicing on the drawing of a full person, he created his own version of a man, he drew stickman which is really easy for any 5 -9 year old kids. With a small circle for the head, a few lines for the body, legs and hands, you had created a person even you are bad in drawing! As you can see from the picture, he had drew a stick man knocking the door with the word “knock” just in case nobody knows that, a stick man sitting on a chair dining in a restaurant, etc. Look at his house, a simple triangle for the roof, rectangle shape for the building of the house and windows, makes a perfect home! Kids are brilliant at their own creations. You don’t have to stick to proper drawing when your child started to have interest in this talent. Let him draw stickman and venture his story in a piece of blank paper.
The above picture was drawn by my 9 year old son. Btw, I didn’t teach him to draw stick man!
