When the corruption and fake currency are making a big way into the Indian market the Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi had decided to pull out this currency from the Public and took up the step of demonetization of Rs.1000 and Rs.500 which is actually required and a right step. Interestingly, he abolished Rs.1000 but in its place released only Rs.2000. People and the media are making a hue and cry over this . What they say is it is really a mistake as the higher denominations breeds corruption. No doubt, the issue of higher denominations gives scope for corruption. But, when the Prime Minister has taken up a decision which should have been taken by earlier Governments but deliberately not given attention, why people do not think the reason for such move? Is he lacking the services of political advisers and economic advisers? In stead, of trying to understand the cream of the motto time and again the media is covering the oldies of 70 years who simply pass a vague comment that it is not a good step to release Rs.2000 in place of Rs.1000. Unhappily, there are some oldies who say that the Government is harassing them and that they are not expected to stand in the queue for 2 to 3 hrs at the age of 70. I think they may be right from their personal angle. What about the black money hoarders who are virtually ruining the economy of the country and who are sucking the blood of a common man. A person in the age group of 70 is supposed to be highly matured in their thinking and their perception about the social problems will be wide enough to influence the younger generation. The younger generation in India are already sapless . They are known for their electronic gadgets, Pizzas, Burgers, and a bottle of Thumps up sharing with a girl frind. So their contribution to the society can be considered as NIL. But, what is happening to these Oldies of 70? Are they really talking worthy of their age and experience? Sometimes, I think Adolf Hitler was right.
