I guess this is kind of a “taboo” topic as with all topics that concern “that time of the month.” Currently I’ve had this problem with McDonalds Bigmacs. I don’t know what comes over me but if I’m PMSing I will crave not one bigmac, but ten. Last month (when money wasn’t so tight.) I spent 70 dollars just binging into my craving food. I seem to have lost control over my self control when it comes to my period cravings. This month I managed to dial it down a few notches (mostly because if I spend 70$ a month on Mcdonalds I will not be able to pay the gas for my car.) But it seriously effects my mood when I deny myself a “treat” especially when I feel absurdly down about it. However, during the times when I’m not pmsing, the craving is at bay and I can function normally. When I am pmsing though, It’s intense. I smell it everywhere, I salivate at the mere thought of it and I can’t be bothered by whether or not I’m hungry. ANY WAYS. I know my period food system makes me absolutely senial but do any of you have a specific period food that you binge into? Or the “oh shit if I’m craving *insert food* I must be pmsing” kind of deal? Pls help me try to sound more sane

But when I do have one? I tend to crave chocolate… Mostly M&M’s. I love M&M’s. Usually the milk chocolate ones, as I never was one for the peanut ones. Otherwise, I crave things like french fries with lots of ketchup.

Ah yes chocolate and french fries. I had almost forgotten about the need for chocolate and the craving for greasy fries. This is all making me very hungry ahahaha | |
I am always craving something sweet like chocolate or cake. Even cupcakes. Anything sweet. I can’t control myself so I just indulge and enjoy it. | |
It’s that time again, and honestly I’ve replaced Bigmacs by toast. o. o
