What sports do you like? Me, I like volleyball, lawn tennis, dart, swimming and bowling. Every weekend , I and some friends go to Bowling tournament and join the tournament. I won three times hehehe. I also like volleyball. I discovered my interest on this sport during college when I was told by our adviser to represent volleyball, then I agreed. I was so excited for we won the volleyball competition under women category. I also like lawn tennis, but this time I seldom go to sports center to do this due to hectic schedules in the university where I am teaching. I go to sports center once a month only. After I play lan tennis,I swim in the nearby swimming pool. Life is so nice when having lots of sports good for the body. In case my body demands rigid exercise if cannot do my favorite sports, I dance, yes every evening before I go to bed, I dance for 30 minutes, to sweat out and feel the relaxing feeling.After doing it, I no longer take any stuff to chew or eat hehehehe, exercise may turn futile if eat after sweating out. What a nice hobby you have there, ma’am @cely. Sports are a good thing we can do for leisure time. Aside from having fun, it is also one way to maintain our body health. We can release our stress through it. Me, I also love sports most especially outdoor games. And yes, one of my favorite, which i used to play during my school days is volleyball. I love volleyball because aside from i enjoyed it, I am developing my social skills. I’ve met a lot of friends where I can share the same passion when it comes to sport. I don’t like indoor games because aside from I am not enjoying it, I do not use to stay inside for a long time,hehe. I mean, i want adventure outside.

I used to play sports when I was a teenager but haven’t played any since becoming fat and adult :P. I know still no excuse not to play. I used to play softball and volleyball. I even liked playing basketball and flag football (American football). I was in a military type school and we had a girls football team that went up against the guys. We were tough and would win a few games. The guys never messed with us. I kinda miss playing sports. I need to lose a lot of weight before I can start participating again. | |
@nehemia bayawa, Thanks girl for sharing your favorite sport and also it’s up to you how to call me hehehehe. I think you are in your 20’s. I am in my 30’s hehehehe. As I age the more that I have to strive to do some rigid exercises to maintain my body figure.You are right, we can also develop our social skills in volleyball. Our team itself is a good way to build camaraderie and friendship. There is fun in volleyball. I also maintain my weight of 110 pounds. If feel heavy I exercise . If I cannot go to gym to do sport I like, I stay at home and dance for 30 minutes. There are indoor games I like like bowling and dart. I always strike in bowling. I am always the bet for my colleagues during bowling tournament. I am so thankful that I am a good shooter and striker. | |
@evilelf, Hello friend? I have missed you. I haven’t seen you here for some days. I am glad to hear you now. May I know the update of your mom? I hope she no longer suffers pain of her lower body part. Volleyball sport is so exciting. We can bond well with our playmates. You have a very nice background of sport football. This is the game that I am so scared about. I hate to see players struggling to win, but there are so many that like football and that includes you. That is the reason why you gain weight this time, you no longer get involve with a sport. To reduce weight, just do some 30 minutes dancing in your room hehehehe. You may close your door and dance there good for 30 minutes. You will surely enjoy. Just choose the music that fits to your dancing spree hehehe.

Everyone likes different sports as tennis, football, hockey…I think these sports are for those who like these sports want physical health and nothing else but I play and like chess, a game of chess because I want mental health is the key to success in all field of life. Those play chess may understand all things before opening lips among the people. When people will talk to you will understand the back history and its hidden intention and his purpose of talking anon within seconds. Chess keeps all the scattered energy of the chess master at one point to concentrate the tricks how to checkmate the king of the opponent if not he will get a sure defeat. The greatest minds play chess, great minds play with events and the lowest minds play with people and their praises on earth. | |
Yes ma’am Cely, I’m in my 20’s. It’s true ma’am, the more we get older, the more we need to exercise. And yes, a gym is not necessary as long as we do sports. It is more enjoyable as usual and more fun. | |
@jhsayyar , That is right, chess helps improve our mind. I also play chess. I was once the chess champion during college during the college intercollegiate chess competition. I learned to play chess when I was 6 years old. This time I only play chess once in a blue moon because there is best mind exercise, and that is writing on line. While it is true that playing chess is challenging, we must not also forget that it gives our heart problem and pain especially if we sense we never win. This time, I confine myself to teaching in the day and on line writing in the evening hehehehehe. I spend 3 hours doing or performing activities on line with the three writing sites that I am in. Go on with that sport of your preference. | |
@nehemia bayawa , You are right my dear, if intend a sport to be body exercise and has no time to go to gym, there are ways to replaced it with other ways that exercised the body. We can do dancing at home.We can play dart, box a a pillow, jog 500 times while watching TV and if really desire to play outdoor, then go for it. Like me, I no longer have time to go to gym because I am given Saturday class that starts from 8 in the morning up five in the afternoon.This worries me much actually for I only have very small hours to come here and do some activities. What I no longer do this time that I usually do before is watching TV programs. This time, no more for when I arrived home from work, I immediately open my lap top and do blogging or discussing here at forum. Thank you girl.Take care. | |
FOOTBALL Football is the sport i like most because it gives life. By the time you are watching football your spirit will come to life, every aspect of my body live again. For example, if I had headache or any fever on my body. The best antidote is watching soccer and and if my team is wining; I have heal already. @Timothy, That is a very nice sport famous worldwide. My favorite players are The All Blacks from Auckland, New Zealand. When I was there, it happened that the contest was done in Mt. Eden, Auckland and we did watch it personally. It was a very nice sport, but my heart keeps on beating hard for it is not easy to look at them struggling. There were two perished rugby players due to sudden heart attack. They should not recruit sick person for it is not easy to know your idol passed out. I would like to congratulate for having this game as the remedy of your aching body hehehehe. Have a nice Sunday with your loves and the Lord. |
