If I am having dinner with someone, I tend to open a good conversation about life. As much as possible, it would be a story that is so inspiring. Some people cannot sustain such good ambiance if they are in a fret. Frankly speaking, I usually lose my appetite if talking about the problem while munching my favorite meal. I think there is always a time for sentiments in life. What do you think?

I guess it all depends on who I am dining with and the location of where we are eating. Sometimes we like to eat in peace but other times we make small talk. I know when I am with my son we talk about different things. Sometimes we talk about his gaming life. He is a big Xbox player so we are always talking about games and how he can start recording his own gameplay and upload it to Youtube so he can start making money. He’s 13 btw.

Now if I am with my mom then we don’t talk at all. She is deaf and has a low mental capacity she may not be able to understand what I have said to her. I feel sad for her most times.

When I am with my friend Maleta, then we sometimes talk about the guys in our lives or we’ll talk about going to the gym or what our next tattoo will be.

@evilelf You got a nice name here. Well, I do agree with you. The conversation varies from one person to another. We just need to be flexible at times. I can talk with someone while having a good meal. But I hate a loud person, it irritates me.

@shavkat thank you! 🙂

I can understand that a loud talker can be annoying but I always take into consideration that maybe that person doesn’t realize they are being loud or they simply can not hear so therefore they talk where they can hear themselves. I know sometimes I talk loud without realizing I do. Other times I talk too low.

But there are those people that are just plain rude and don’t care if other people can or can’t hear what they have to say. Some do it for the attention.

As @evilelf has said it all depends who we are dining with.  It could be anything from discussing what is cooked and exchanging recipes for example if it is with friends.

@evilelf I am referring to people who are self-centered. I do think it is acceptable if the person that I am talking about is an elder. The biological body system decreased its function.
