Now a days more and more people are getting tattoos and piercings but more tattoos.

Most workplaces don’t hire people with visible tattoos. They could be extremely talented and better than the others that applied but the fact that they have a visible tattoo excludes them.

Tattoos don’t define a person’s capacity to do a good job. It is just art on the body.

Thankfully I work in a place where my boss is a person that sees the quality of the job and not how we look. He knows I am good at my job and that my tattoos and piercings do not change that at all. What I have visible are my snake bite piercings and this is no problem for him.

What are you thoughts when it comes to this?
