| I think that we must read all books because some books dangerous than a Scorpio, some nooks are for digesting, some books are for cramming, some books are passing time and some books are for chewing. Do you agree with this statement?

| If am to say I would say all books are meant to be read. All books has a unique information it is relaying to us. Be it a textbook, a novel, magazines, articles and journals Every book whether is being read for passing exams in school, passing out time and learning extraordinarily. Every book improves our sense of reasoning and sometimes increase our vocabulary depending on what purpose we are reading the book. Books generally improves our IQ and enables us go away from ignorance. Books like news paper and magazines helps us know the things happening around us. When I mean all books, I don’t mean books that contain just pornographic pictures. That is not a book to be read. No information is being relayed. It shouldn’t be called a book but images. Apart from that I think all books are worth reading. | |
| I also believe that no book is useless as far as it contains information. For me I read books that has nothing to do with the field of my study. I study the art books and the science books so as to help me know them if actually I should meet them in action sometime someday. As much I read textbooks, I also read newspapers to have a clue of what’s really happening around us and also to be able to tell people what’s happening in the country. I make people around me who are ignorant of what is happening around them to know exactly what us happening. I also read magazines which shares people’s stories. Most stories people share on these magazines are inspirational, motivational and educational and I really react most times to their stories. That mainly makes me pick interest in reading magazines. The last book I actually can not read is any book which has pornographic displays and does not have any information on it. I call that image not book and I call them corruption images. I think those kinds are not worth taking in by the brain as they will corrupt every good you acquired in your brain. I even read surgical books to have an imagination of how surgery are being carried out in the hospital and these books takes me as far as knowing the step by step method by which women give birth to their children. So all books are meant to be read. Both the ones in your field of study and the ones outside your field of study. It is necessary to read anyone you come across. But avoid the ones that will corrupt you acquired good manners like the Corruption image. | |
| Books are meant to be read no matter what type of book it is. I find it hilarious that people will shy away from certain books because they are taught that these books are filthy for whatever reason maybe. Everyone has their own personal opinion about them which is fine. There are certain books I will not read. I find some books to be boring or just don’t like the context of what is being talked about. Someone mentioned that they can not read books about pornography. Well, there will be times when doctors will have to look at books where the patient is naked. What then? Wouldn’t that be considered pornographic as well? Rather a book is pornographic or sexual in nature, a book is still a book, and will have knowledge for the reader. It may tell the reader how to keep a lover interested longer and not look elsewhere. So one should be willing to read at least once. | |
| Well not all books are great for reading, and not all books are great for reading by all. One needs to be selective in what one can read and what not.

| @evilelf Yes at times, we have to try and read books that we might not prefer or like to gain a different perspective, or knowledge. One cannot always dismiss reading some other style book just because of past experience or bias. | |
| WE must read such books that improve our wisdom, mind and soul. We must try to understand the main message of the books. We must give to the youths always good books and holy books to read so that he or she could learn what to know and what not to know must be the message. If we give bad books to read to our children they will make wrong doings and sins since early age and after this he will be a burden on the parents and evil for the society. |
