@bestwriter I forgot to say. I also sleep in the afternoon. Since I have breaks in between my online job. It is really convenient to work at home. The schedule is so flexible and can be managed. Unlike when the days of working in my previous companies, I can’t do extra income.

I am evening person. I am always excited every evening for I can watch my favorite TV show and my body likes me to rest in bed so early and have with me the joy of fulfilling works in the day.

My sleep patterns differ from night to night or week to week. I suffer from insomnia. Some days I find it hard to fall asleep. For example, one night I went to sleep around 3am and I was back up again by 6:30am. Other times I find it easy to fall asleep but will end up waking up around 3 0r 4am. When this happens I will sometimes fall back to sleep around 7am and sleep for another 2 hours.

When I was working at IHOP, I would go to sleep around 8pm and be up by 4am so I could be at work at 6am. I would then be on my feet anywhere from 8 to 12 hours a day.

I think I am a morning person. lol. I always sleep late even if I lay in bed early. Maybe thats the reason why I am so small in my age.

@evilelf  If your lifestyle is the reason for this then I suppose you cannot do anything about it else perhaps you could resort to some yoga and meditation to streamline your sleeping pattern.

Im already 20 but my height is for a grade school student haha they usually tease me for that.

I am a morning person now. I used to like staying up late and wake up late as well. I did that as there were things to do and I just could not let myself go to bed earlier even when I was tired or sleepy. Because I slept late, I could not get up early too. I tried to sleep early and get up early, but I always could not get up early.

 

I learned to sleep early and wake up early when I became a mother. I used to sleep together with my eldest son, and got up to do ,my work after he fell asleep. I was very tired. Then I took the advice from my homeschooling mentor, which is to wake up early in the morning. It might not be easy at the beginning, but after some time, I just got used to it.

 

I have more time to spend in the morning, and I am healthier now. I always knew sleeping late harmed my health. 😛

@Lee Ka  A good night’s sleep keeps our mind alert to start the day. I cannot do any work after 5 in the evening. I do not even entertain visitors later than that is possible. I will perhaps be online but not as active as I would be in the mornings.

@Shavkay, me too, I am a morning person.I have to wake up too early 4:00 to prepare myself for my journey to school. All my daily class begins at 7:30. Ho nice to wake up late and spend much time sleeping hehehehe.

@celo  Morning hours are precious when our mind is fresh to face the day before us.
