I have been wearing shoes continuously. If I leave home  at 10 AM wearing shoes they will be clinging to my feet till my return from my office or 11pm. One can easily guess what will be the fate of my feet. The time I remove my shoes they will be full of smell which is totally unbearable for me . Then how it will be for others ? The feet will be smelly and even after washing them with Dettol soap and wiping them with a neat towel the smell will still be there as my perpetual love.  The smell likes and loves me very much.

The foot odor is mainly due to the continuous wearing of shoes. When our feet sweats the bacteria on the skin starts living by the sweat and the dead skin cells which ultimately result in foot odor.

I have been observing this foot odor for a long time and wanted to do something. Finally, the time has come.

Foot odor can be contained by using Talcum powder over the feet. It makes the feet dry and gives out a good smell. Sprinkling a good quality antiperspirant also works effectively.

Another two good ways are

Add 3 cups of warm water to a cup of baking soda . This is also known by the name Sodium Bicarbonate. Soak your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes every night for a week.

Using Lavender Oil

Add two or 3 drops of Lavender Oil to the warm water. Soak your feet in the water for 20 minutes during the night for 2 or 3 days regularly. This will remove the foot odor very easily.  Lavender oil gives a very sweet smell . But at the same time, it also kills the bacteria.
