| I have been reading about the electric vehicles when i was 10-11 years old, early 1980’s. Since then I am only hearing how it will be useful to all, future technology, blah blah but yet the technology hasnt become “practical” which can be used by masses.
Since this forum has a wide audience worldwide, want to know if there are any owners of electric vehicles here, be is bike, car or bicycle or any other. I would like to learn abut your experiences.

| Am just thinking electric cars how does that work really? Would people risk buying electric cars? How would they be maintained? Will it be about running around with wires and plugs all over the place am just trying to imagine how the roads would look like. | |
| I have a Toyota Prius. It is a hybrid electric, and runs too on gas. My favorite thing about it is that it saves me a lot of money, and for a total of 450 miles on a full tank of gas, I’m able to efficiently get around. The best thing about it is the energy monitor, and it tells me how much miles per gallon, and pressing the brake, I can preserve more battery. I love it, and even though I have only had it for 10+ months, it is efficient. | |
