Honestly speaking yes I do exercise and diet too for staying fit and healthy. But due to lots of travelling I am not that regular with my exercising session. I do start it and do it for regularly for 15 days and then I have to go for some trip and then things get change. After coming back to home I don’t feel doing exercising. Don’t know the reason. Again I start it after few weeks and it goes like this. Doing exercising is good. But keeping it regular is quite hard, at least it feels hard to me here. How’s you guys doing? Do you exercise daily? If yes then how you are managing you session with your busy schedule. Is it easy for you to manage all these things.

@naruto100 that is something I have done very regularly for years. I am kinda addicted to my workpouts and ready to give anything for that.
@naruto100 This serves as a reminder to me for getting back to my exercise regime. I had been very particular about exercise and yoga but since last year or so, my routine has gone haywire.
@ suny That’s really cool that you able to do that regularly. Well, even I am doing it but I don’t know whenever I goto some other place and came back again, I don’t feel like doing it. Whenever chain breaks it is hard for me to get it back. Till that date I do it regularly. As I am not that regular I am concentrating on my diet too. But will try to do the same with exercising too. You are doing really great.
@shaloo walia Good, you should go back on track again. After all it is important too with our other works. Even I try to be consistent. But I don’t know I don’t feel like continuing it after few days of blocks. But I know I should keep it continue whatever happens. I thought about going to gym but then again, I am not that consistent in waking up early in the morning, and I am afraid I will not get company during evening.
For healthier body, you should bear in mind these two things: 70 percent in diet and 30 percent in physical activity. I don’t do well in diet because I am not that fat person so I just need to maintain my naturally slim body built. I have been doing some physical activity like karate when I was younger, running activity until now. But I am not as active as I were. Three years ago I run 3 to 5 times every morning but today I can barely make it once a week. I am trying biking because I think with my age now, this is the best exercise for me.
@SuperD Biking is surely good one. and you are doing fine too. About me, even I ma not over weighted but I need to put off some for sure. That’s what I am trying now. But honestly I only manage to maintain it. About dieting, I guess I am not foody at all. I really eat less (in fact very less) still I can’t able to lose weight. But I am happy that at least I able to maintain it. I will keep trying.
Yeah. It has become a part of my regular activities. I was playing Cricket and played even for the University. In those days there were no 50 overs matches, Day Night Matches , or T 20 Matches . It was really tough for getting selected. When I was fielding in a match I had a severe blow on the knee and I had a good treatment. Now, after a gap of 12 years, it is giving my severe pain and unable to walk. So to keep myself fit I am doing it along with Yoga. I got good material (Audio and Video) on Yoga and I do it without any break. I make a light jogging bring my knee back to its glory. I also take a very limited diet. I am very against people developing belly fat.
@naruto 100, I exercise daily . There is no need for me to go on diet because I maintain my weight since age 15 up to now that I turned 34. My weight is 110 pounds. I exercise twice a day, one in the morning and the other one before I go to bed.I feel weak if I cannot perform my good for 25 minutes exercise, plus dancing good for 1 hour every weekend.
@sivasubrahmanyam shatdarsanam Wow. You are doing really wonderful. Great to hear that you are still doing proper work out. That’s how all people should follow to keep fit. And yes cricket is the good spots for staying fit. Regular playing can make one active and healthy. Keep it up. I wish I can be consistent like it too. But so far I am maintaining only with little exercising and diet.
@cely Well, you are doing wonderful there. Well, there is no need of dieting for sure if one is regular in exercising. In fact you are doing it twice in day which is really great. I should inspired my self form you for sure. I was talking about me, as I am not that active with my exercising I have to follow diet to maintain. I am maintaining my self but I want to put off some weight for sure. And for that I need to be consistent for exercising. You keep it up.
I try my best to stick to a daily routine when it comes to exercising. I do get my daily walk, several times a day thanks to having a dog that likes to go outdoors. At times he likes to have me run. I do have a gym membership that I use on rainy days. On days when I don’t feel like leaving the house I have a few workout videos that I can watch. I try to watch what I eat. Since I am American, we are prone to eat what is fast and easy. I tend to stay away from these types of food and cook the long way by hand. Even my Mexican food is completely homemade. I stay away from caffeine and I limit my sugar intake. My mom is a diabetic is the reason why I stay away from the sugar but I always find myself with low blood sugar.
