In panaji, goa , some citizens cannot make outgoing phone calls to other people using their mobile phones, allegedly due to tapping, call diversion by indian intelligence and security agency officials. The mobile phone is giving the message Authorization failure repeatedly and the phone call is disconnected. The problem was again observed repeatedly on December 21, 2016. Do you face a similar problem making outgoing phone calls, in your country, or know any person who is facing a similar problem in doing so? If yes, is this problem only faced by users of a specific mobile phone model, or do all mobile phone users face the problem of being unable to make outgoing phone calls.
