Can I recover my blog that I unexpectedly made an exit while still writing it?

| I was still writing my blog when unexpectedly I type the wrong key instead of typing the letter Q I punch the ESC key. I tried to go back on my work but I cannot recover any of it, bad news is I didn’t write a draft of it. oh help please………Do you know any solutions on that one. It’s a mistake not to put it in a draft first.
