“The customer is always right” seems to be overused not overrate phrase. However, it doesn’t lose its effectiveness on maintaining the business integrity in the eyes of its customers. Business is business so to speak. Business exists for profit, to generate income and in the long run to expand the business if everything goes well. There is nothing to argue about that. In so doing, the management and the customer are in good terms and the future of the business is promising. You are right to say that the company which you are working with always side with their customers especially you made mentioned the non-English speaking students of yours. I do appreciate you patience in holding your ire. That is what I call a well-mannered professional in your person. Keep it up. It is an asset for everyone to be proud of. @Shavkat – Well sir. You have your priorities in order. Obtain rightful payment for your services rendered and have a ready exit or back-up plan just in case things “go south”. That’s life!
