I am a B+ person. It is not a term used as B+ blood-type. I am describing myself a “be positive” person. It is easy to say but we need to “be positive” at all times. In some occasion, I forget of being a B+ person. It wasn’t a condition for having memory gaps. It just happened that there are some obstacles encountered and thinking there is no solution for it. In the long run, there are possible solutions for everything. We just need to pat our own shoulder and convince ourselves that things would be fine. There is no perfect world. As humans, we can still be in a state of depression. But it doesn’t mean, we are not strong enough to handle this. Yes, we can. It takes time for us to cope up with the changes in our lives, depending on what contributory factors that fall into depression. It is a cycle that we are so low, but we can still stood up and be a better person. Thus, we need to “be positive” at all times.

I am definitely not B+ person. I am more of a B- person as I tend to be rather negative about things. It always seems that I have something in mind but it doesn’t work out in the end. I get discourage easy even though I try to stay positive about things. I have always been like this and I think I must have been born negative. I know that I was not sure about being brought into this world since my mother was in the hospital 3 times with false labor before finally having me. I probably will never change.
@morgoodie It is my first time to hear negativity from a person. I am not sure what you are going through in your life right now. But I respect your opinion about it. I cannot say that my life is so perfect too. I had been in a misery life long time before I wrote this topic. For some reason, I had came to realization that it is not healthy to dwell in negative vibes. There are people that needs to be supported by me. I cannot say “No” because it is my obligations to support them all throughout. I hope my dear friend, you will find the way of knowing what’s your real worth in this world.
I wish I could be more of a B+ like you @shavkat. I tend to be discouraged easily. It is not possible for me to be positive all the time. But I’m trying though. I envy those who seems to find the bright side of every situation. I know deep inside their world is crashing down but they don’t show it. I can’t do that. I’ll have to shout if I have to just to let the world know what I’ve been through. And I gave up. People like you mostly succeed because you pursue despite the negativity or obstacles that happens to come your way. That’s one thing I don’t have.
@Rachz At first, I am a timid person and so passive in accepting advice from other people. However, I was in deep misery for letting other people control my life. When I had unlock the B+ from within, I started to live with a purpose in this world. Life is tough. But I tried to fight back and face the challenges. The reason, I don’t feel pity of myself for not trying hard enough to be B+. I am pretty sure, in time, you will find all the courage to be like B+ person.
I am both B+ and B- type of a person. Well, to give what is my leaning, I am more on “Be Positive”. Problems in any form come anytime as long as long as we are working, eating, walking, talking. In short as long as we live. For being postive, trials have affected slightly. We could easily survive from the trouble in our own making. When we possess the attribute of a PMA (positive mental attitude) everything runs smoothly. This reminds me of this oft-quoted phrase of inspiration: “every worry under the sun, there is a solution or there is none. If there is, hurry and find it. If there is none, nevermind it.”
@nakitakona13 We are entitled on how to deal with these trials that may came along in our journey in life. I do agree that we have do believe into something and learn how to be strong. It is a part of our life that B+ is equal to B-.
@shavkat that is good, your blood actually tells how you would be positive is be positive is my motto at present. I don’t want to feel sad as it makes me remember a lot of problems, a lot of loved ones that is not with me and I will remember the past. I rather think and move ahead for a better future. When I am sad at present, it must be because I am just tired. I am Type O by the way. @morgoodie I always think I am born with negative sign as my companion on the site, I even think it is my childhood invisible friend, lol. Right now, I cannot afford to feel sad and I am avoiding worrying. I was negative all the time before, I am trying to be positive “all the time” now. @rachz85 when I started to get discourage, I shake myself and move on. I am literally avoiding being sad and worry because it will not help me. I rather not be happy but really not be negative. @nakitakona13 I love the quote, I will remember it. You said you are B+ and B- too, is that your blood, it varies?
@grecy Yes I too think that negativity is my best friend and I probably had it as an imaginary friend when I was a child. I try not to be negative but it seems every time I try to be positive it backfires on me so I just don’t bother. Lol Well not really but I want to sometimes. @rachz I am like you. I envy those that can look on the bright side all the time. I think there is something wrong with them. Lol How can people be that upbeat all the time? It makes me tired just thinking about it. I wish I had a little bit of that though.
@Grecy I do agree with you that we don’t need to dwell to bad experiences in the past. It is not healthy to make ourselves busy with bad things, instead, we learn to take charge of ourselves in making positive.
@Shavkat There are times when I slip into negative thinking but I immediately check myself and try to bounce back. I agree with you that there is no point of negative thinking. It only adds to stress. Being positive and optimistic keeps you upbeat and enthusiastic.
@shaloo It is a good thing that you agree. Well, I think it is good to be positive at all times. If it is not, then how are we going to live its purpose here on earth. We can still be fine despite having dilemmas in life. Problems are temporarily and it will changes its course eventually.
Most of the time I’m a B+. To keep me at that level I have to distance myself from the “negative” people around me. When I think I’m having bad luck, I always think that some one else is having it worse than I am. I also turn to my faith and I believe in karma..what goes around comes around.
@JoDee Stout I also think it is not also good to be with negative people. They will consume all our energy. No matter how we tried to B+, still these people will pull us down. The best course of action is to pull away myself from them too. |
