I have just read from the Internet news that the beautiful island of Koh Tachai in Thailand would be closed to the public especially the foreign tourists. The reasons are the beach which is covered with white sand and crystal clear sea water was overcrowded with people including ambulant vendors and its natural resources were destroyed by those visitors.

The Thai government has prompted to close it to the public in order that the resort would be restored both in the island and in the sea her beauty and surroundings. The director general of the Department of National Park, Wildlife, and Plants Conservation has announced this before more damage is inflicted and that would result to beyond repair.

The vandals are those who willfully or maliciously deface or destroy the public or private property as defined by the dictionary. So, do they deserve to be punished and penalized for their misdeeds?
