Or have you experienced it yourself? Perhaps someone you know or close to you?

I have. It’s my mother. My mother has always beenhypertensive, she has high blood pressure and when she was younger she had difficulty being pregnant. My older sister was premature so was my younger sister and I. But it was when my mother gave birth to me that she had the worst experience.

I wasn’t due in 3 months, but I wanted out of the womb so my mom was taken to a hospital where she was considered clinically dead for 45mins after I was taken out thru C-section. She said that she saw my dad pacing back and forth outside the operating room, Sat down and wept. She went over him and stroked his hair then she was pulled to a different location. This time she saw my older sister skating outside our house crying because she can’t sleep without my mom and she remembered escorting my older sister to her room.

According to my uncle, she saw my mom that night but was too sleepy to question why she was home inside of in the hospital. So he brushed it off.

After a while my mom remembered walking up in and asking for water. The doctor who was able to revive her that day was awarded for his efforts.

When I had an operation at a young age, I was in a state of sleeping for three days. I am not sure how to explain this. During the state of sleeping, I remembered walking in the light. When I woke up, the only thing I asked where are my parents. I was in the ICU and looking at my IV wondering why I am there. I can’t explain it but life is so mysterious in many ways.

From what I understand, the white light experience can be explained medically. But I think the out of body experiences many people report cannot. My father has also had the OBE, when he had surgery and was technically dead on the operating table for a short time before being resuscitated.

Western mystery tradition says that the soul is attached to the body by a sort of umbilical cord. Under extreme circumstances, the soul can leave the body and move about a bit. If the cord is cut, it is death. But until the body dies, as long as the cord remains intact, the soul can wander.

@ Kyla Matton Osborne (Ruby3881) Our Vedic scriptures advocate the theory of karma and rebirth. And I firmly believe in it. There have been many near-death experiences which have been reported and the scientists have been unable to explain it. You can check out Anita Moorjani’s talks about her near death experience on youtube. It’s amazing!

Not myself.

But, for Chinese, we do believe, near to died, we will see all our died relative come and visit us, talk to us. It seems like come and take us along to the new world.

such experiences can be very traumatizing and not many of us can be able to deal with them when confronted with a situation. my experience was with my elder brother who was admitted for meningitis and it was the most terrifying moment to see my brother in so much pain yet you can’t help him. there was a point where we all thought he is going but God is faithful my brother survived through it all and he is well we thank God

What a very nice story of your mom.She was clinically dead but came back to life. That only means that it is not yet her time to leave her family. She is so needed by the newly born. They should also have planned for a family planning for your mother has problem giving birth. I hope your mom is in good health now.
