Do you know of any website or blog  in India which is blocked by state run ISPs for exposing a major google, tata, indian intelligence and security agency fraud,  a Vyapam type fraud in indian intelligence agencies like R&AW, CBI and others ? What is the best way to   get the website unblocked as there is no official notification that the blog is blocked by BSNL. Does any member of a website have a BSNL connection for checking the blog access? .
