If a paypal account holder has any kind of investment online like websites and domain names, do powerful government officials demand and get a stake in the online business for their relatives and friends? If the business owner  is not giving a stake to the lazy fraud associates, is the person labelled a security threat by the government officials without any proof at all, and denied his or her fundamental rights?
