| Can we live happily and bid farewell to 2016 with a rousing welcome to the year 2017. No hope of it The horrible blast in the Sufi shrine of Baluchistan took place killing about 57 people and serious wounding more than 100 innocent people who assembled to pray in the shrine, As usual, there were a music and dance which was to continue till evening as per the tradition. The suicide bomber entered the shrine and blasted himself. The IS has claimed the responsibility for these bombing. Why should IS attack this shrine? The reason being that it does not like such music and dance? Why? Who are they to thrust their wish on the devotees of a particular section ? Are they religious preachers or are they Jihadist? Neither. They do not have any moral ground to survive on the planet Earth. It is high time for India and Pakistan to unite and make a concerted effort towards suppression of I.S activities . One should note that there has been a sectarian rivalry between the Sunnis and Shias but it never led to bombing one against the other so far killing innocent people gathered in their respective shrines.
