Since I started to work online and forget to have a regular in the meantime. I had created my own office in the house. It is so comfortable and can have more time to install things needed. It has been more than 2 years that I am working at home. The good side of it, I can stay with my family and manage the time schedule for working. From my previous companies that I worked with, I don’t have the choice to decorate my office area. It is created in uniform with the other employees. How about you? What do you like best in your working place?

I worked for a multinational for 22 odd years and could call  it the golden era. The only reason I gave up was because of our ceo who had a kink in his brain in that he kept on shifting officers from one post to another.  I had 7 bosses to report to in 2 years having to make presentations. That did not suit me.

@bestwriter If I am in your position, I will not also stay longer in that kind of working condition. I had dreamt of working in the local government agency in my city. Soon enough, I got a job. But then, when I had noticed that the manager of our team appeared to be incompetent. I didn’t have a second thought to moving out from that government agency.

I work offline in a growing company which is presently No. 1 in Asia in its market niche and counted TOP 5 globally.

There is one thing remarkable here. I have seen how top MNCs work as well and this quality is unseen there too. This is a ZERO POLITICS organization. Yes, close to that figure. From the top to the bottom, everyone is supportive and wants you to grow. I am there since 35 months yet, did not notice any arrogant and rude personality yet.

I anyways, have entrepreneurship plans in the long term. So, would leave this organization soon. But, I plan to make my own organization in the similar way.

In every home business this is the rule. That’s the No. 1 reason why home businesses exist. Just to add, that’s why home business are not recommended either as that is likely to be distracting. Hope you make your business a success.

What I like about my office is that I can have pretty much all my books to research for various projects that I am working on and will work on.  I can also arrange it any way I want to.  You really cannot do that for a corporation. I believe that they pretty much keep you with only a few personal accessories to make work doable.

@shavkat  Peace of mind got priority there although that company paid me well with several perqs.

@thinker Thank you for the advice. I will make sure everything fine for having a home business. I also wanted to be in this way. It can be distracting but I am more on the practical side. In time, this would be a part-time job and walk along to the next adventure in working with an international NGO. Hopefully, everything will work smoothly according to my career growth.

@markyg It is nice to hear that everything is doing well. I am sure it is fun also do researching jobs. I also have that kind of passion.

@bestwriter I will also prioritize of total well being to have inner peace. It should be suitable to my existence as I rendered my services to others.

The good thing about my office is that it is spacious warm and very comfortable. it is well carpeted, that makes it warm, it is away from the road or noisy areas, it is very convenient because I on’t rive long distances from home to get there

@sauda It looks like the working place of yours is very conducive to being productive. When I am still working in my previous companies. I loved designing my workstation. I do it for inspiration and checking every steps to achievement.

@Shavkat, I prefer to teach than to work on line.Working on line is laborious than teaching, plus no future benefits, small earning, so tiresome , it consumes current more,plus our body would be dead tired.Our faculty office is so big with 3 air cones, 5 computers, 2 TV sets, only for our department. But since you prefer to work on line as a teacher, I guessed you have huge income.

@lovern I had worked with so many organizations or institutions in our country. The salary is not enough to sustain the lives of my family. I humbly say I earned huge amount compared to regular jobs in my city. As I had mentioned in some of my comments, I am into practicality right now. The benefits cane be paid voluntarily and nothing to worry about the other expenses. It can be covered and I can still extra cash to earn in my savings.
