In McCarthy, Alaska with 40 residents were offended by a new reality show aired in their hometown. The town people expressed their feelings of being offended by the show’s advertisements that the place is safe place for criminals. The locals got to an argument that the ads could harm their town to outlaws.

I am really entertained by this so-called reality show.  Though I am not just watching those people in the show, showing their true selves, but I could relate how they do feel, how they react to things. I am putting my feet in their shoes too. I feel that I am also involved especially when they are sharing their problems, their honest dissatisfaction of the things, of the persons whom they hate so much. The reality show is a show of the people in their real life. They are only confined to a house for a period of time, days until they are evicted from the show.

What I only hate of such show is an utter display of their affection for each other. They even make it too vulgar and make love for they know they are being watched publicly. That’s what I don’t want to see in that show.

I am not surprised they are offended by the show – I think there is a misconception with the show’s concept, to be honest. I am not a fan of it and I guess TV producers should start thinking about their next show seriously instead of bringing out yet another reality TV. I think we have had a little bit too much of it.

@nakitakona13 I can go with your hate moment to some reality shows. I find Big Brother program. There are some scene that contestants displayed affection. I find it scripted act.

@cessy08 I agree. We need to be cautious in promoting such TV program. I can’t also imagine and don’t know how to react about the ads that it is a get away place for criminals.
