I applied to another online English school offering some home-based jobs which is the ESL tutor. I had to go through the phone interview the online interview followed by technical check and online training. The training was done 6 hours a day for two days and then here comes the orientation for the preparation of the mock or demo lesson which is mostly done 3 hours online. After having the orientation, I have to prepare for the demo lesson with the Quality Evaluator. So now I just drop in to update for my LB and then focused on my lesson to be used. Good luck to me.
