It is often told that if speaking is silver then silence is gold .But it is not always true.Speaking is very impressive when it is told with courtesy. We should speak with politely. I am agree to your above mentioned tips in the article.
We should not speak alot but small and meaningful. If we speak less it will put a impress on on our listeners. We should not be rude at the time of speaking. Our tone should not be full of any type of anger. If we talk angrily other will check out easily. So we should be calm and polite.
Our eyes always we on the face of listener due to we understand the imotions ap earing on his or her face. Our face should be light smiling and not to looking conscious most of the occasions except consoling any death mourning occasions.
We should not be go out of the subject matter mostly but only when it is necessary. Our conversation should be less and completing. It should be covered the whole topic.
There are several political leaders in past and present who are well known by their good speech which is result of good speaking techniques. If we have done any wring we should be ready to accept that and beg sorry for that then our listener will feel comfortable. We can discuss any matter regarding any displease. I f we keep in mind these thoughts there will be nice and appriciable conversation. Our listener will be satisfied. -
how to speak in public is really hard topic, though good tips there but that dont apply to all the people, it depends on the discussion that they want to do, depends on the person him or her self and on the society and area that the speak will be done at, that is really lots of work to do if you want to speak in publlic and i guess no general rules for it sense there are many things to consider when doing it

honesty is never going to work on the onlien business onlline needs lies and media and media means more lies, though i like to sop online, i m trying to be sooooo careful as the media the tool to lie and make bad things better, other wise no one needs media, good post though

Dealio, I disagree with you if the media you mentioned refers to the press or to journalists. They are not all liars; there are honest journalists who protect their integrity or credibility by being honest. They follow the Tenets of Journalism. Not all media as you said are liars!

I definitely agree with you. Media and online world lack the word HONEST. But I believe that not all media personalities are dishonest.
-
I agree, it is one of the important assets of an online writer, to be honest in all his works. Readers will always detect if what he is saying is true, or if it was just copy/pasted from the net.
He can get more clients if his writing style is good and he is honest.

You are right on this!
“Honesty is the Best Policy” should be the mantra of everyone. But I think this is not the case for everyone.
Some have to resort to ‘white lies’ just to get what they want.
I take my way here, one step at a time. It’s not easy to write an article, maybe the reason why other plagiarized. But this should not be a reason to copy ones work.
I have earned only $1.8531 since March 13. I felt that I have worked my butt out, but I was wrong. I am charging everything here on LiteracyBase, to experience.

When I was young, my mother used to cook pork fat until it produces lard, a semi soft fat with a high saturated fatty acid content with no transfats. Then she will let it curd to a fatty white substance.I enjoy mixing it with a very hot rice with a sprinkle of salt to taste. It was the best for me at that time.
Maybe this is the reason why I now have hypertension.
Now, I take note of what I eat. If possible, less rice, less salt, more vegetables & fish.

Being overweight or obese can also lead to higher blood LDL levels. Regular exercise may help manage this risk factor.
The primary causes of high cholesterol are genetic – very high LDL levels are found in the inherited condition familial hypercholesterolemia.
Abnormal cholesterol levels can also arise due to other conditions:
diabetes
liver or kidney disease
polycystic ovary syndrome
pregnancy and other conditions that increase levels of female hormones
underactive thyroid gland
drugs that increase LDL cholesterol and decrease HDL cholesterol (progestins, anabolic steroids, and corticosteroids)
