your pandora is cute, I used to have stray dogs as pets, my mom brought them home from the roadside, they were obedient and faithful
My baby brother (will be 30) has two dogs that way. Where he has a cabin with his dad, people toss dogs out like they are nothing. He tends to pick them up. Bring them home, fix them up and rehome them.
