Meditations In meditations there is a healing power for whole body parts. i do meditations early in morning and late in evening. By reciting OM word continuously for one hour it makes me calm and ready to do my work with lots of life energy. In late evening it removes my stress and tiredness due to hard work. Thus with my experience meditation is a good medicine for all of our day to day problem of illness, tiredness, laziness happiness. So start meditation and live your life with full of life energy in you.
