    ***Who is a woman?????***
When she is quiet, millions of things are running in her mind.
When she stares at you, she is wondering why she loves you so much in spite of being taken for granted.
When she says I will stand by you, she will stand by you like a rock.
Never hurt her or take her for granted.

Anitah Gimase wrote a new post, Mentorship 8 years, 4 months ago

Hello everyone, my name is Anitah I would like to write about mentor-ship. I know there are many young people out here who feel being mentored is a good thing and there are others who feel it is a total waste of […]

    • Mentor ship is most important for all teens in modern age because green minds cannot know what is the benefits of something and what are it demerits. It is most important since early because teen age is the best part to use birth energy with full force.

Mentor ship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but she or he must have a certain area of expertise.

It’s understandable that you might think mentoring and coaching are similar or even the same thing. But they’re not. Both warrant consideration in the workplace. Here are five differentiators that we think are important.

A coach can successfully be involved with a coachee for a short period of time, maybe even just a few sessions. The coaching lasts for as long as is needed, depending on the purpose of the coaching relationship.

It seeks to provide a safe environment where the mentoree shares whatever issues affect his or her professional and personal success. Although specific learning goals or competencies may be used as a basis for creating the relationship, its focus goes beyond these areas to include things, such as work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how the personal influences the professional.

Mentoring, to be successful, requires time in which both partners can learn about one another and build a climate of trust that creates an environment in which the mentoree can feel secure in sharing the real issues that impact his or her success. Successful mentoring relationships last nine months to a year.

Have you ever feared something because someone said that it is bad or it will not work? many of us are guilty of this fact am sure. we are so afraid of facing something new because we fear that it might not be received well or it might backfire on us, but the thing is when you want to do something go ahead and do it, whether you are scared or not…[Read more]

In the last 3 years my younger sister has been sick always being in and out of hospital and it was a worry to all of us and it weighed heavily on my mum. I used to feel so sorry for my mum at her age having to keep going…[Read more]

Okay this may not sound so right but the way things are going in our societies I feel death penalty will perhaps help in some way to eradicate the kind of crimes that are coming up every other day. this could maybe serve as a warning to those people who do wrong all the time and think they can get away with the crime so I accept that kind of punishment
