An informative post. But I would suggest if one really wants to reduce weight and keep oneself fit then it is simply better one walks at least six kilometers a day if one finishes the distance in 50 minutes and follows the routine continuously and does body toning exercises one will be fit and the blood circulation will improve too and he will enjoy good sleep and be active.
As per yoga and gym one has to go there they do need a teacher or an institute to do the practice as it requires guidance too. It does take some time for one to reduce weight and one has to be regular and meticulous about his or her schedule. Then even they will produce results. It is good to do what one would want to do as one will continue with the same for a long time. Both are good but yoga is preferable or it is still better to simply walk and do some body and muscle toning exercises. Thanks for the share.

Thank you very much. We should what we enjoy most…. whatever may be that. Walk or run, yoga or gym, dance or arobix, whatever we want.

Organically grown foods are the best; it is healthy and safe from pesticides and chemical fertilizers. One can be sure if the product is organic if it is certified by a known organic farming agencies.
-
Indeed nowadays a lot of produce are now being made organic. Even eggs are also organic. They are colored brown unlike those usually sold at supermarkets that are white. And it seems the shell is a bit thicker than that of the white ones.
It is really nice if someday everything will be organic. It would mean lesser cancer, since usually those GMO foods can be carcinogenic.
However, organic veggies, fruits and produce are so much expensive than those that are not. So how can the poor people afford them? They will be forced to just buy the non-organic so their money can buy a lot than buy organic but they can only buy a small number of produce.
I wish someday, everything will be organic, because more supply would mean lesser price.
-
Organic is it when it comes to food. Like you rightly said, organic foods are expensive. We can hardly afford to buy them. If I had my way, I will buy everything organic, but the money is not readily available for that. We are all scared of cancer, so why not go organic. I love good food, I eat everything in moderation, I don’t think I’m doing badly considering all I eat is not organic. We must always find a solution to our problems.
-
This is a good post, well researched and well written.
You have put the things quite good manner.
As you have mentioned Organic foods are costly so not much people can afford this. However it is good we all know.
But at the same time, there are lot of in-organic foods are sold in market in the name of “organic food” and taking unnecessarily high price. This is something where we should be conscious as we are paying more but not getting the actual product.
Regarding GMOs I have slightly different views. Not all GMOs are bad and in fact we are eating lot of genetically modified organisms from long time back. If you remember the green revolution in India then you should now that those tie lot of rice, wheat and other product were genetically modified to increase production. It is necessary to meet the world’s need for food. Only thing we should think about which GMOs are bad. It is not all GMOs which are bad.I will write something on GMOs later in detail.

A very informative article of India as a major tea producing nation the world. One more place where tea is produced which I would like to highlight here which I know is the Girnar Forest in Gujarat I think the name of the tea coming from this place is identified with the name of the brand Girnar tea. There may be many other places where tea is produced in India but the same may be in small pockets. Tea also comes in different flavors some of the flavors which I have tasted are the Green tea which is mentioned above, I have also tasted different varieties like ginger, chocolate, orange, lemon, dust tea, clove, masala, granular variety, pico, Assam and Darjeeling variety and also the Nilgiri tea.
Tea is a favorite with all sections of the population whatever their financial or social status. The good thing is, it is affordable by one and all and also enjoyed by one and all. It has polyphenol a type of antioxidant, phytochemicals, it has less caffeine than coffee, it may also help in protecting bones and reduce weight. There are many other benefits which have to be researched and documented. India can increase the production of tea as there is a growing market for tea worldwide.

I Think a real love when i felt is when my baby came in this world when i touch him i found a smile on my face and who ever said love at first sight it happens. i love my son.

I’m very happy hearing you. Yes… that’s the true love which make the people feel devine!!!!

Wow thats an interesting way od showing one that they are in love with them. Love can actually occur in many ways.but tgis one is one of a kind. Many people used to go to great lengths just to show their love to someone. Unlike now in this digital world where not much rmotion is shown. Instead gadgets and materials are being used. Am just trying to imagine how that boy couldn’t make out that that log was a dead body that was floating, and then how it did not break when he climbed on it is another thing. Then the rope also how he used a snake to climb to where his love was is amazing. All i can say is love indeed conqurers all. There is nothing you cannot do if you love someone. And if its God’s will for the two of you to be together thrn he will make what does not look possible in our eyes possible. Its just amazing how God works through us.

Crying is one way of venting out a bottled emotion. It helps the person express his sad feeling and would be able to avoid having a heart atack if one cannot express his sadness.
I cry, whenever I have a problem, as I arrive the house from the office. I pray and while praying tears would be rolling down my cheeks. After praying I would still cry and cry.
After I have cried , I already feel lighter and be able to know what to do with my problem, since I prayed for enlightenment too.
-
Crying has lot of benefit when we are crying for the right reasons. This way it can be definitely good if this is helping overcome some trauma.
-
People often feel better after a good cry so it is an important way of releasing emotion. People who don’t cry much are often very wound up inside, I have found.
-
Cry is a good way to feel relief. We try not to cry in front of people or not allowed to cry, which will harm our health. I don’t think it’s good for us.
As mentioned by @Dina,crying can make us feel lighter and know what to do after crying. I agree with this. -
I never knew crying was so important to the human body. This article is really helpful for anyone that has questions like “Do animals cry?”
-
I have discovered that I used to shed some tears anytime I laugh so well.
Though I laugh a lot, but I can’t just resist crying, no matter how much I try.Another thing that makes me cry is depression, once I’m so depressed, I begin to shed tears, once I’m done crying I’m always relieved.
I don’t really cry when someone dies, but seeing other people crying makes me cry too.
It only happened to me once when I watched a movie that I cried so well that day, never expected it, but I cried over a movie. Isn’t that interesting?
I will conclude by saying, crying is good, that it is too much, because too much of everything is bad.

We all cried when we were babies. But now that we’re adults, many of us often try to hold back our tears in the belief that crying — particularly at work or in public — is seen as a sign of weakness, or as something to be ashamed of. But is it? Or is the act of shedding tears actually healthy?
Having a good cry can sometimes be just what the doctor ordered. In fact, some psychologists even suggest that we may be doing ourselves a disservice by not tearing up regularly.
“Crying activates the body in a healthy way,” says Stephen Sideroff, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist at UCLA and director of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Ethics. “Letting down one’s guard and one’s defenses and [crying] is a very positive, healthy thing. The same thing happens when you watch a movie and it touches you and you cry… That process of opening into yourself… it’s like a lock and key.”

I have ofyen said to myself i am betyer off being good to othetsand not expect anything in returns. Like we are told in a song by lucky Dube for those who know him. For those who didnt know him he was a reggae artist from South Africa. His music was out of his life experiences and the things that went on around him. Part of the song said that be good to the people on your way up coz you might meet them on your way down. Meaning when things are working for you and you keep climbing up, don’t do wrong to people, or show them malice for you have no idea what’s going to happen to you up there. Treating people well and giving them the respect that they deserve is paramount in our lives. You don’t have to do something for payment sometimes it’s good to just do good willingly and that way you will see good things come to you even without struggle.
-
This reminds me of the Bible verse that tells us to love our neighbour like ourselves. I think one thing that turns people into bad people is that they never learned to like themselves enough to want to do good to others. I try to do what I do with the Love of God because that helps me even on the days when I really do not feel like helping anyone else at all.
-
Actually any help rendered to anyone must be out of love, not just love but agape-that is the love that is from God Himself, manifesting through man. If otherwise that help could generate anything generable.
-
It is a great feeling indeed to help others from the bottom of your heart. Ill rather give than recieve. It make me feel so good to know ive but a happy gratefull smile on some-ones face. That is enough reward for me! Because i also know what its like to be down in the dumps. Nowhere to go! Nothing to eat!walking the streets at night! And have no-one to help me with a place to sleep! No-one who would give my a slice of bread. But than ive met my husband! And im cratefull to him! He saw my potensial and he saw me for who i really am! He took my hand where i was sitting on the pavement. Despratly sad! Crying and hungry. He took me to friends of him for the time being and theyve helped me.

no one should lie or hurt any person or do something lead to this at the same time
but courtesy should be there, dont be too honest or express the opinion that may do harm other people or then that what called truth and not lying is called rudness. thank s for the good post there
