We’ll hear promises and how one man or woman can make American great or safer. The promises sound good but how do we know what any politician will actually do? We won’t know until we’ve elected a President and see […]

    • All over the world Promise Politics is made in the name of democracy. Before going into details I tell you in the present election Hillary will win the presidential election because it was already decided by the big bosses of the world.

I have pondered over the nature of democracy and find that it is totally fraud with the citizens of the country. Think for a while, when they start the campaign of votes people elect the president but after being successful what they why not ask to the people. When they embezzle country wealth they ask the people, when they make corruption they ask the people…

No, why it is the best technique to beffol the public get vote in the name of democracy and after winning do what they wish. The country of all subjects must keep in mind that in every election no election but selection made by big bosses of the world.

Horse trading is an other fault of democracy the man wins by the votes of peoples lose the election in the next round because the opponents will one or two candidates giving his bribery millions of dollars.

Now I ask where is the voters’ choice, yea went in hell. People are given just lolly pops to lick on lone. Lolly pops remind the voters you have made a mistake.

Democracy is a fraud on earth and the best way to make fool to the people easily and cunningly. That is why the cleverest like democrat.

    • Your family must be truly blessed with the type of dishes you churn out for them. This recipe is one such. Not many would cook such varieties as you do. Kudos to you.

    • This is my all-time fave and I never fail to have it when I visit Swensen’s. That is by far the best Black Pepper Seafood Spaghetti I’ve ever had. Oh well, it isn’t a common dish that can be found in most pasta places so not many for me to compare with. But still, I think Swensen’s rendition is really good. Just thinking about it makes me drool……

Black pepper sauce, teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, thai sweet chilli sauce are some of my fave sauces. Mr Tan always says that I’m eating the sauce more than the food itself. I like to think that the sauce makes the food even more delish!

This is very similar to Black Pepper Seafood Udon, just that I’m using spaghetti and didn’t add in any eggs to it. Also cut down on the sauces to make it a little less fattening (trying to deceive myself). I love both dishes so they’ll be taking turns to show up at my dinner table. 🙂

      Ingredients
      – 100 strands of spaghetti
      – 4 button mushrooms
      – 6 green prawn cutlets
      – 2 crabsticks
      – 1 tablespoon of olive oil
      – 3 stalks of corriander (because I love them!)

      Sauce
      – 2 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce
      – 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
      – 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
      – 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
      – 1/2 tablespoon of Shaoxing Wine (optional)
      – 1 tablespoon of black pepper
      – 1 teaspoon of sugar
      – 1 teaspoon of Knorr chicken powder
      – 100ml of water
*Combine all together in a bowl

      Directions
      1. Fill a pan with water, add in some salt and bring it to boil
      2. Cook spaghetti for about 7 – 11 minutes or until al dente (follow the instructions on the package)
      3. Remove cooked spaghetti from pan and set aside
      4. Heat olive oil in pan
      5. Add mushrooms, prawns and crabsticks and stir-fry till cooked
      6. Stir in combined sauce into pan
      7. Add spaghetti back into pan and mix well with the ingredients and sauce
      8. Serve and garnish with my fave corriander!

    • Black pepper (Piper nigrum), as you know, is considered as an all-purpose seasoning of the universe. In fact, it is regarded as the world’s most traded spice.

Recently, several three-star restaurants in Europe, especially at the state of Monaco, have been using this seasoning. It became very popular because of its ability to enhance the flavors of dishes and make it more appetizing.

In recent years, research studies show that black pepper contains potent substances that possess healing prowess.

Indeed, black pepper has been used by the ancients in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Chinese must have vital reasons in using black pepper as a medicinal herb. Piperine, an alkaloid that gives the sharp and pungent taste of black pepper is responsible for its many health benefits.

Here are some of the most beneficial health effects of black pepper:

      improves blood circulation
      promotes mental clarity
      improves digestion
it is both an anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial
it is a good source of manganese, iron, and chromium
improves the body’s ability to absorb vitamins and nutrients from foods
      helps treat fatigue and tiredness
      stimulates appetite
      lowers blood pressure

Now, the use of black pepper is booming in many restaurants in Europe. Black pepper is so widely used as it can be applied on almost all kinds of delicacies such as cakes, meats, fish, spaghettis, pickles, dressings, soups, and so on. You just name it and black pepper will give a unique special aroma and taste to your meals.

With the arrival of her newborn baby, this is the most important time for family members to […]

    • I found it very easy to bond with my newborns. Maintaining that bond as they got older, especially when they made it into their teen years? WOW! Super hard! The outside influences are like monsters!

      • Treathyl
Yes I agree with you that when our kids become teens, it is harder to bond the relationship, different opinion and ideas

When they are young, it is easier to get them listen to us and lots of hugs, kisses, when they are older, they push us away from hugs and kisses

    • Nature bonds a mother and the baby. It is a natural instinct. Just look how a baby behaves even the moment it is born. It will give out its first cry. It will smile. It knows how to suck the milk. The list is endless.

bestwriter wrote a new post, How to prepare your own compost 8 years, 2 months ago

A lot is being said about the damage artificial fertilizers cause to the produce and even to  the soil. It renders the soil useless after a while. Once the plants or trees get used to artificial manure they will […]

    • Good post. Wow it take such a long time to make homemade compist but if you could recycle garbage, then it is worth to try it out.

    • I have many pits and I get compost round the year. I do not use artificial fertilisers in my garden

    • Yes it is a good article on how put aside extra material as leaves, garbage…Before you start piling on, recognize that there are two types of composting: cold and hot.

Cold composting is as simple as collecting yard waste or taking out the organic materials in your trash (such as fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds and filters, and eggshells) and then corralling them in a pile or bin. Over the course of a year or so, the material will decompose.

Hot composting is for the more serious gardener, and you get compost in one to three months during warm weather. Four ingredients are required for fast-cooking hot compost: nitrogen, carbon, air, and water. Together, these items feed microorganisms, which speed up the process of decay

To create your own organic hot-compost heap, wait until you have enough materials to make a pile at least 3 feet deep. Then, to ensure an even composition of materials, create alternating 4- to 8-inch-deep layers of green materials (kitchen scraps, fresh leaves, coffee grounds) and brown materials (dried leaves, shredded paper, untreated sawdust).

Sprinkle water over the pile regularly so it has the consistency of a damp sponge. Don’t add too much water — otherwise the microorganisms in your pile will become waterlogged and drown. If this happens, your pile will rot instead of compost.

Check to see if your pile is decomposing by monitoring temperature. Check the temperature of the pile with a thermometer, or simply reach into the middle of the pile with your hand.

    • We have small bins where we mix soil and vegetable and fruit peelings. We turn this compost every time and leave it open so it will get some moisture. Here in the tropics, it’s somewhat easy to generate your own compost pile.
